I thought the Videcon service would be better than other DTH provider but i think i was mistaken in that regards. I have booked new connection 48hrs back through online with the platinum HD pack with full amount but even today i have not received a call informing about the installation. Is this issue is faced with all the people or it was my mistake by applying through online. Repeated call to call center didnt got any answer when the connection will get installed. Horrible experience ![:(]( "Frown :(")
